I received information from a distant cousin in CA since posting my request. She is a descendant of John and Julia (Johnson) Flagstad thru their daughter Helga. My great-grandfather Carl Lauritz (Charles Lars) Flagstad was a brother to John. Their parents were Lars and Gurina (Nickoliessen) Flagstad. Lars and Gurina died in Eau Claire and are buried in the Lutheran Church Cemetery. If you would like further information on Charles or his parents, let me know.
