His parents were John P Johnson and Bertha (Boland) Johnson. He was original from Scandinavia, WI. He moved to the Eau Claire area (I'm not sure if he is buried in one of the Eau Claire cemeteries). His brothers and sisters were: Albert, Emil, Julius (died in a tornado in his teens), Clarence, Marie, Clara, Olga and Freda.
