I believe if my Memory is serving me right that one of the Vincent’s was the Lieutenant Governor of the Island. I also think I heard the family came from Vincennes France thus the name Vincent. My Mother is trying to get me the name of the Vance that has the family tree. My Grandmothers maiden name was Herbert. Her first name was Leora. Thanks for the quick reply Ps.
