Stephen Biss and Emma Richmond marriage cert. Dunn CO WI Vol 3 Pg 405 Stephen parents James Biss and Martha Powell(?); no occupation listed; resided at New Haven Dunn CO ; born WI; white. Emma parents William Richmond and Mary Wait; born Dunn CO WI; white. Married 24 Feb. 1894 at Knapp Dunn CO WI by C. M. Fletcher; witnessed by Arthur McCullach and Ida May McCullach. Decided to send them before I set them aside and can't find them for years!!!!!!! I always check the other names on the pages I flip to or am working on JUST IN CASE.
