Parents: Ole and Martha Christofferson who came to U.S. in 1860s. Martinius Christofferson bought 220-acre farm in twp of Colfax; m. first in 1899 to Helga Mesingstad. Children: Oliver, Morris, Marie, Helen and Alvin. Children: Ruth, Lucille, Russell, Elsie, and Anton Jr. p. 663 4 - Herman Jacobson, farmer in town of Red Cedar, b. 1870 there, son of Knute and Randi Jacobson. M. 1919 to Helga Tweiten.
