Frank was born in Menomonie Wis. in 1886. I believe his mothers father was leopold rudinger, and his father was born in Germany, at least that is what it says on his birth certificate. I think there is an article on leopold and his son Emil in the History of Dunn County. Thanks for any help you can give me. JoAnn
