I never knew of my g-grandfathers birthplace. All I knew was that he was born in 1824 in PA. I don't know of any siblings but Daniel is on all of the state census during the same time Henry Moyer's family traveled and I have kept him in mind. I met someone over the net who is related to Daniel Moyer from WI. They have a handwritten letter from an ancestor stating our name was changed from Meyer to Moyer because there were too many Meyer's at the time. Thank you for providing me with a lead on Henry's birth place, that has taken me several years to crack! If you type in Henry Moyer & Sophia Keck on ancestry.com's family tree search you'll pull up everything I have on my line. All of Henry's kids and some of their children.
