Since my post here 2 days ago I have found Selmer Loe, wife Nora Luella (who apparantly went by the name Luella, not Nora) and daughters Mildred & J. Lorraine living in Sparta, Monroe County. Selmer died in 1978 and Luella died in 1975. I found them on a cemetery list for St John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in/near Sparta. This still doesn't explain what became of the elusive Bernt Jensen, but hopefully someone will respond on the Monroe Co. board regarding the Loe family and then perhaps that will lead me back to Nora "Luella"s father and siblings. By the way, are you the same Linda that does the Norway board? Great, useful site!! Thanks again, Jinger
