Steve Hilson was in my class and I recall we teased him - middle name Oscar. His brother was Joel and I think he had a sister. They lived in the area known as Hilson Valley - northeast of Colfax between county roads 'm' and 'a.' About 4 miles out. I believe the family belonged to the Holden Lutheran Church, located about 5 miles north of Colfax on county road M. Good Luck.
