Greetings from Baraboo, Sauk County, the circus city. I have been doing some research on the Al. Ringling Mansion in Baraboo which was built in 1905-06 and is faced in Lake Superior brownstone. One newspaper article states that the cut stone work was done by "H. Walters of Dunville" Could this have been Dunnville? Can anyone verify that an H. Walters, or something similar, lived in Dunn County and was a mason? Any help would be greatly appreciated. His work was impeccable and I hope to find out more about him.
