It's the exit just before the main exit to Menomonie. Go south on B to Hwy 12/Stout Rd (abt 1 mi). Turn right/west on Hwy 12 and go to 13th St. There's a Culver's restaurant on the left just before you get to this intersection. Turn right/north onto 13th St. Follow this road to Evergreen Cemetery. I've also attached a map which shows the location of the cemetery which is sitting on an island. If you're searching for a particular grave and you don't know where it's located, you might want to first contact the Area Research Center at Stout. I believe they have a map.
