I'm looking for information on The Sagmo/Johnansen family of Colfax Wisconsin. According the the 1900 census John A. Johanson (Johansen) was living with his wife Anne and their children Helga, Aldolph, Oscar, Johnny, and Emma. His parents are living wit him. They are Sagmo Johansen and Julianna Johansen. John Johansen emigrated in 1881 and the rest emigrated in 1882. Sagmo Johansen... was Johan Johansen from the Sagmo farm in Bardu Norway. His wife Julianna (who is the sister of my third great grandfather) is listed as having four children living of her eight. One of those children is Jens Sagmo of Webster Wisconsin. He moved to Meenon in Burnett county before the 1900 census. However, his oldest children were born in Colfax Wisconsin. He was the second husband of Christina.... every record I have for her shows a different maiden name. "I'd need her to be my best friend and I'd need her to love Megan more than she loves anything... it isn't like a normal step parent relationship, you know that... for Megan she's never going to have a mom come pick her up on Saturday mornings.... the person who I spend the rest of my life with would have to love her more than anything... thats what you want for Case, right? And if you never find that?"
