I will look for him, but I am going to the Douglas County Court House. If he was born on Minnesota Point, that would be at the St Louis County Court House. If he was born in Bayfield, that would be the Bayfield County Court House. I have been to the Bayfield County Court House in Washburn, WI. They are most helpful there, and will do look-ups requested by mail.
