According to family information the marriage supposedly took place in Superior and it would have been in the 1930s or 1940s. At the time of the marriage, his bride to be may have been the widow of someone named Barnes who reportedly worked for the railroad in or near Superior. Joseph Scott and ? Barnes were later divorced.
