The house could very well still be there. Once you get to that part of the census, there won't be that many pages to go through. Cut thru diagonally by a RR going to the oredocks, Allouez is only about eight blocks long (about 36th Ave E to 44th Ave E). On one side, it ran up from the Lake to about 4th St, and on the other from the Lake up to about 8th St, where another RR had tracks going through. I think past the 8th St. RR tracks it was "Allouez Acres". I lived on E. 7th Street for several years in the 1960s and early 1970s. And yes, it almost always was cold! Hope this helps!
