Died: Oct 12, 1964, Chaffey Nursing Home, Superior, Douglas County, WI. Residence: 412 1/2 23rd Avenue East, Superior, WI. Father: Edward Seed. Mother: Margaret Dodd. Burial: Greenwood Cemetery, Superior. Informant: Mary W. Ramstad, Daughter. If you want a copy, they sell them for $7.00, I think. The Courthouse address is 1313 Belknap Street, Superior, WI 54880. I also found the following in the Superior City Directories: 1922, Wehren, Jos C, watchman, h. 902 Thompson Av (this is the first directory that listed him) 1924, Wehren, Jos C, same listing as 1922 Seed, Edw, watchman, Cargill Grain Co., h. 207 W 8th Seed, Jas E, forman, LST&T Ry, h. 207 W 8th Seed, Robt, Laborer, h. 207 W 8th 1926, Wehren, Jos C, fireman, h. 2417 E 8th No Seeds were listed in this directory 1929, Seed, Jas, foreman, LST&T RY, h. 2415 E 8th Wehren, Jos C, fireman, h. 2417 E 8th Larson, Chas F, machinist, 3313 N 20th 1936, Larson, Chas F,(Emily), mach, Benson Electric Co, h. 2015 N 24th Larsen, Delmar O, Laborer, 2015 N 24th Seed, Edw, r. 2417 E 8th Wehren, Jos,(Isabelle), Laborer, 2417 E 8th , Dorothy, helper, 2417 E 8th 1940, Larson, Chas F(Amelia), mach, 609 Grand Av Larsen, Delmar, trucker, GNRy, 609 Grand Av Seed, Edw, 2417 E 8th Wehren, Fay, clk, 2417 E 8th Wehren, Jos C,(Isabelle), laborer, 2417 E 8th Chas F's Larson was spelled with an "o" until 1944, then it change to and "e". There were no Seeds or Wehrens listed in 1946 or 1948, but Emily Larsen was listed as the widow of Chas, at 609 Grand Av. In 1950, Amelia was listed as the widow of Chas, but at 1712 N 21st St. She was not listed in any future directories. In 1950, Jos C and "Elizabelle" are living at 2232 E 5th St. There were no further entries for the Seed family. 1957, Jos C and Isabelle moved to 504 24th Avenue E. 1961, Isabelle is living there alone, and is listed as the widow of Jos C. 1962, Isabelle moved to 412 1/2 2rd Avenue East.
