Dear Tim, There was a nursing home/hospital in Juneau, Wisconsin. Not far from Beaver Dam. Juneau is also the county seat for Dodge County. Court records(death, marriage, birth records would be here as well as land, etc. You could write and get a death certificate for the husband. Also a search of the Social Security number at familysearch.org might help to find out if the wife is still living(her number/name will not appear on the list) or not. Hope this helps, Jane
