    3. Hello, This message finds me kicking and screaming in frustration! I am researching the KEKOWSKEE family (parents are Wilhelm and Wilhelmina A.). The last name is most likely in "sounded out" form, but I don't have any original spellings on it. I DO know that this family went by this spelling in Mayville, where they lived after naturalizing in Pennsylvania. Their oldest daughter, Grace Harter (aka Margretta Johanna Wilhelmina Kekowskee) married Harry Harter in 1913. She died in 1982 in Milwaukee. Their other daughter, Elizabeth, married Frank Lambrecht in 1913. She died in 1965. Their oldest son (my g-grandpa) changed his name from Rhinehold (maybe spelled wrong) to Roy John Reynolds. Their youngest son, John, legally changed his name (from whatever it was) to John KING by 1930 and he is (supposedly) buried next to his father in Stone's Cemetary in Burnett, WI. He also spent extensive time (years) in a Madison Hospital before he died. I also found that he had a WW1 draft record on ancestry.com, but can't access it because I can't afford the subscription! AAAHHH!!! I also know that they attended St. John's Lutheran Church in Juneau If there is ANYONE out there willing to help me with this family (before I go NUTS!) I promise to build shrines in your honor (when Ed McMahon brings me my millions!) and and name my children after you!!! I don't know how close these towns are, but it seems to me like these people were ALL OVER the place, and changing their names left and right! AAAAHHH!!! ANY help at all would be INCREDIBLY appreciated! I would REALLY like to know where they came from originally (the town in Pomerania, I mean) and any other ancestors available. Thanks so much!
