Hello Kathy, You should contact the Hartford History Room with your request. http://www.hnet.net/~hpl/localhist.htm The HHR will be able to provide you with a photocopy of the original in German script on one side, and an English translation on the other. The alternative is to contact the Wisconsin Historical Society and make your request via interlibrary loan. The only reason I mention obtaining the film is because you might be able to references to out of town relatives, etc. in other areas of the paper. However, this will not only require your going to the effort of actually getting the film, you must also be able to read German script.
