I'm helping my wife with her ancestral search and we are trying to find information on Charles H SMITH. Sometime after the civil war (when he listed his address as Arlington, Columbia County) he moved to Beaver Dam, where he is listed with his wife, Lois R HOW and their first three children during the 1880 census. I would appreciate any info on this family. I know they lived here a number of years. They might have lived in Milwaukee in the early 1900s, but they are both buried in Beaver Dam Cemetery.
