Hi all, I have recently created a free service (no strings, promise :-) for people with BAVARIAN (only!) ancestors to search for and contact other researchers working on the same Bavarian surnames via e-mail. Right now I have over 140 submitters with over 850 surnames (with many more not uploaded yet). The website also has instructions for anyone who would like to make submissions of their own (by a form provided) so that possibly someone in the future who might be looking for their surnames may find them and jot off an e-mail to make contact. This website is fairly new, only about 2 weeks. I have had people write to me to say that they have contacted submitters and some who have written to say that others have contacted them through the service, so I know exchanges are already taking place.
