I recieved the link to this article about this massacre in Landskon, Bohemia (Lanskroun, Czech Republic) from a fellow researcher. Many of the people listed in it most certainly are part of my family that did not emigrate with the rest of our ancestors, and many of you may find some of them to be part of you family as well. If not, in the very least it will make you thankful that your ancestors chose to emigrate. Many of the people from the Landskron area emigrated to the areas of Watertown and Waterloo Wisconsin.
