Another Moldenhauer researcher found me on the Internet a couple of days ago. She has renewed my interest in my Moldenhauer line from Lebanon, Dodge Co., WI. I have a Moldenhauer booklet that gave a lot of my family line history (some not entirely accurate, but over all it's pretty good.) So, I have never actually researched Dodge Co. myself and now I am interested in obtaining primary source records for this line. I have a subscription to the online ancestry census records, but they have no index yet. There are 469 pages of Dodge Co. for the 1850 census.
