Dear Sal, www.everton.com might have some ideas. What kind of things are you looking for? Just recently there was a reunion in Indianapolis, IN for everyone with Dillman ancestors. Their plan was to collect everybody's genealogy and make a CD of all th info and then people would buy the CD. The price of the CD consisted of cost of material, postage, and shipping cost. So it was about $15.00. I thought was a fair price. They scanned the genealogies into their computers and then wrote it onto a CD. They are still working on it to make it presentable. I think they planned about 6 months to a year in advance so that people would have time to arrange their schedules. They also talked with a motel where they were able to get a discount for the arriving genealogists from other parts of the country. They decided they were not going to sell shirts and stuff like that because the genealogy is the most important reason for the get together.
