Dear Katherine, I think the librarians only charge for how much it costs for a copy of the obit. Either 25 cents or 50 cents per obituary. That is what is was about two years ago when I was there on vacation. Sometimes it helps to send a self addressed stamped envelope so they don't have to pay postage.
