My Rouse family has had this tradition of someone in every generation is to receive the name Casper. As far as I know my grandfather had it and I think my great grandfather. I beleive they lived in the Milwaukee. I've always understood my great grandfather was from Germany and my great grandmothers maiden name was Hyden. Any thoughts would be helpful.
