The only clue I have found for their wedding date is in the 1930 census when they are in Watertown City Jefferson Co. WI (where they were in 1920 as well). The 1930 census lists date of first marriage as 21 for Matilda and 27 for Halbert. The 1900 census gives Matilda's birthdate as 1881 so that would make it 1902 depending on time of the year. 1900 census and WWI draft reg. give Halbert's birthdate as June 1875 so that would also agree as 1902.
