I am looking for a man with the last name of Hestikind or Hestekind, who was a motorcycle officer with the United States Park Police, Washington, D.C. Unknown time frame - Maybe mid to late 30's - 1940's. Allegedly jumped into river to save a woman from drowning. Cold/hard winter. Did not change out of uniform for some time - developed pneumonia and died a week later.
