BadgerLink is funded by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, and they've made arrangements with most of the major Internet providers and libraries in the state to provide free access to citizens of the state. If you live outside of Wisconsin, you may not be able to access these newspapers through this site. But check with your local public library. They may have their own subscription to NewspaperARCHIVE that you can use.
