    3. This website is wonderful if you can get connected. At first it worked, then it didn't, then it did and now it doesn't. I contacted the address on the website and my computer settings are correct and up to date. It appears to me, at least here in Wisconsin, that it would be easily accessed at a local library. If your library is not signed up, a form can be printed out for them to do so and faxed to them. The service is free. After searching for over 25 years I keyed in my immigrant Irish ancestor's name for the entire state of Iowa to locate his obit and my patience has been rewarded. I could not believe I was actually looking right at it.
