I also went to Middleton cemetery, and took a picture of Williams tombstone. Agnes is buried at Holy Name Cemetery, which is now called Ressurection. Unfortunately Ressurection is a combining of 2 catholic cemeteries, and they don't have a record of her being there.So while she is probably buried there, there is no way to get a picture of the stone at this point. I will email you a copy of the stone if you would like.
