I see on online tree for a Halbert Boyd who married Anna Florence Allen 21 Mar 1912 in Williston, Williams Co., N.D. I am assuming given the census location that is your Halbert? The marriage record might have his parents, it looks like they filed for divorce 16 Nov 1916 in Williston, S. D., probably some good stuff there! 1900 Census, Pewaukee, Waukesha Co., Wi.
