Grandmother Carrie (Kari) Field (Fjeld) parent's were Hans Nelson Fjeld and Ann Moen. She had a brother named Syver Field married to a Mattie Olson. Syver was born Dec. 12, 1825 and pass away on Jan. 24, 1893. Some of the last names who married Field offspring in Syver's branch are Sanderson, Olson, Strand, Texley, Froisted and Gregerson.
