Johannes was the son of Christian Christopherson. Another son, Hans Kristian, is where my mother's line comes in as she was born in Østre Toten. My father was from Svelvik in Vestvold. I have researched descendants of Johannes and Antonette in Rock and Dane counties and also have access to Norwegian church records on microfilm. If you need dates confirmed please let me know. The book on Johannes Andersen sounds fascinating and I am interested in what information it contains. I have a bygdebok on Østre Toten.
