Mrs. Olson was born in Lolland, Denmark, July 7, 1850 and came to this country in 1881 and settled in Union. In 1878 she was united in marriage to Martin Olson of Lolland, Denmark. To this union 8 children were born, four dying in childhood. She is survived by four children, her husband, having died 14 years ago, Charles and Olaf, of Madison, Mrs. Henry Miller and Ray Olson of this city, also 9 grandchildren, 3 brothers, Henry Jensen, Brooklyn, Adolph of Hawarden, Canada, and Louis of Stoughton. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Methodist church, Brooklyn, with burial in Mt. Hope cemetery. August 11, 1927, p. 5, col. 3, Evansville Review, Evansville, Wisconsin
