They had a son Mathias and Mathias had an oldest son, Peter. Peter is my father. They lived in the city of Dane for a long time. I was born in Madison and by that time (i935) my father's sisters also lived in Madison. Mathias died befor I was born. My ausnts often referred to their friend "Mertz" and Imhofs were also mentioned but I never knew the connections. I would like to be in touch. pathsp@reachone.com
