    3. I used the website Kathy is referring to when I locate the information that I sent below. Those are the records I will look at. The website is the indexes only. You can order a copy of the articles but you will pay for them. I can copy them for about 30 cents and do not expect to get reimbursed for that small of an amount. There is also a biographical sketch of him in the History of Dane County (1880) on pages 1020-1021. When I am at the library the next time I can check on these records.
