Unfortunately,all my records are buried in boxes somewhere at this time, but what I can tell you off the top of my head is that the Meads of Fulton county came here after the Revolutionary War from Dutchess county,originally from connecticut where they originally came from england in the mid 1600's. There are several great sources on this; if you're interested, I can dig them up fairly soon. Anyways, I had a great aunt Julia Mead with a brother Clark and sister Dorothy. All born in the late 1800's. Julia is a family name and probably your julia was a generation previous. I enjoyed your Julia's story very much. Thanks, Lore Mead
