Mrs. Harriet SWIM, aged 85 years, 10 months., and 10 days, died at the Chippewa Falls hospital at 4:30 am June 3rd. Death was due to advanced age. Funeral services were conducted at the Cadott M. E. Church Monday afternoon at 1:30, Rev. Bennett of Thorp officiating. Mrs. Swim was born at Lysander, New York., July 24, 1842. She was married to Ira Swim in 1867. Her husband preceded her in death several years ago. Three boys survive; Rancler J. SWIM of Thorp, Ole SWIM and Myron SWIM of Cadott; one son and two daughters passed to the other shore a few years ago. She also leaves twenty-one grand children and fourteen great grand children to mourn her loss. 1927 Thorp Courier, Thorp Wisconsin
