Wright was born in Granton, Clark, WI Oct. 1874. His parents were Joseph H. Wright and Jennie A. Vance, both from NY. (Crownpoint, Essex, NY & Old Forge, Herkimer, NY. Batavia,Genesee Co. also plays a big role in my findings). I don't know how long the family lived in Granton, but I have heard there was additional family there. In Joseph's obituary, which is a newspaper clipping, date unknown, it states that he was survived by his sister, Mary Wright,(born 1854)living in Granton, WI.
