You may have an Address of Residence for the Busse family as Rice Lake, but they may, in fact, have lived in Stanfold or Rice Lake township. Your ancestors are buried at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. I have seen their graves many times. They may have moved into the city of Rice Lake during their declining years and went to church at St. Jospeph's Catholic Church. Wisconsin has the following divisions: village, city, township county, state. Often people mistake the following: "they lived in the town of Rice Lake" for meaning the family lived in the City of Rice Lake.
