(I had this all typed in the other night and when I hit the post button- I had lost the connection and then lost what all I had typed in for you, so sorry for the delay) There was an Emma Dahl death cert. but in looking at it, I am sure it isn't yours. She was born 1883 and died 16 May 1917 at St. Mary's Hospital in Superior at age 33. Gustave Dahl death cert Vol 7 page 311 Gustave born 15 May 1848, died 28 March 1917 at 5 am at Rice Lake, male, white, married, age was 68 yr-10 mo- 13 days, retired, born Norway, parents Gulik Dahl (B-Norway) and unk (B-Norway), informant was Mrs. Albert Johnson of Brill, cause of death was valvular disease of the heart, burried Rice Lake 2 April 1917 by G. L. Lyle of Rice lake. Claud Fredrick Kopp death cert. Barron Co Vol 20 Page 594 Claud born 29 Sept 1892, died 30 Oct. 1943 at 12:45 pm at St. Joseph's Hospital in Rice Lake, resided Chetek, male, white, married-Evelyn Kopp (she was 49 yrs old), age 51 yr 0 mo 21 days, born Carryville WI, patrolman, parents were Fredrick Kopp (B-Carryville WI) and Setate Norrish (B- Carryville WI), informant was Mrs. Claud Kopp of Chetek, cause of death was coronary occlusion ( 3 hrs)- essential hypertension, burried Chetek 22 Oct 1943 by Will L. Burnham. Clarence Harry Dahl death cert. Barron CO Vol 25 Page 634 Clarence born 8 May 1897, died 12 July 1951 at 2 pm at Section 20 - Chetek- i day stay, resided Main St. Chetek, male, white, divorced, 54, carpenter/construction, born WI, military-yes-WWI, parents Gustave H. Dahl and Emma Barden, informant was Mrs. Evelyn Kopp, cause of death was coronary thrombosis (sudden), burried Lakeview Cemetery Chetek by Will L. Burnham of Chetek. Marriages Evelyn G. Dahl and Claude F. Kopp mar. cert. Barron CO Vol 4 Page 88 Evelyn residing Chetek, white, 20, single, born Wi, housekeeper, parents are Gustave H. Dahl (B-Norway) and Emma Borden (B-WI). Claude residing Twp Chetek, white, 21, single, born WI, farmer, parents are Fred Kopp (B-WI) and Sedate Nerrish (B-Norway). Married 7 May 1914 at Twp. Chetek by Geo. E. Griffiths, witnessed by Earl Kopp of Carryville and Miss Mabel Whinnery of Menomonie. Grant Dahl and Maurine Mae Anderson marr. cert. Barron CO Vol 4 page 89 Grant residing Twp. Chetek, white, 18, single, born WI, farmer, parents are Gustave H. Dahl (B-Norway) and Emma F. Barden (B-WI). Maurine residing Twp Chetek, white, 16, single, born Wi, housekeeper, parents are Elmer A. Anderson (B-Iowa) and Daisy C. Thomas (B- WI). Married 7 Oct. 1914 at Twp. Chetek by Geo E. Griffiths, witnessed by Mrs. E. G. Kopp of Chetek and Mr. Claud Kopp of Chetek. No marriage or children for Clarence.
