Surnames: Melotik, Dunneboil, Wald Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/ZEC.2ACE/1156.3.1 Message Board Post: Well, my grandfather, Louis Dunneboil immigrated from Germany and I am in the process of speaking to people in the town he came from, trying to figure out who he belongs to. Louis immigrated in 1892 and married Anna Wald from Germany also. She was b. 1875, Louis in 1877. Her family was from Austria even though she was born in Germany. They had five children, Marie b. 1902, Veronica, b. 1906, Albert, (my father) b. 1909, Clarence b. 1913, and Joseph b. 1916. They all lived in Rice Lake where my grandfather was superintendent of the municipal water and electric company. Veronica married Louis Melotik, b. July 7, 1902. I have not traced his kin yet, maybe you can help me fill in some blanks. Anyway, Louis and Veronica had six sons, all of whom are still living. Louis died in 1966. They stayed in the state of Wisconsin. Hope they helps. Are we related that you know of?
