Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Zion united Methodist Church in Forest Junction, with Rev. Jeff Uhler officiating. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. until time of the services. Mr. Steltzner was born Nov. 24, 1939 in Rice Lake to Chauncey V. and Evelyn (Bridger) Steltzner. He was raised and educated in Rice Lake, and in 1963 he graduated as an outstanding printing student from Wausau Tech. He married Betty Kuchenbecker on Sept. 18, 1965. In the early 1960's he was employed by the Brillion News and then was a printer for the Wisconsin Rapids Tribune. From 1968 until his retirement he was a driver's license examiner. From 1980-85 Mr. Steltzner was also an agent fot the Brillion-Forest Junction Railroad. He was a retired member of the Forest Junction Fire Department, serving 25 years. Mr. Steltzner was also a deputy for the Calumet County Sheriff's Department and was a commissioner for the Forest Junction Sanitary Districtwhen it was formed in1980. Survivors include his wife, Betty; a daughter, Dawna Steltzner of Oshkosh; a son, Scott of San Diego, California; two sisters Carlyn Schriver of Mason City, Iowa and Marjorie Davis of Berlin,MD; and mother-in-law, Myra Kuchenbecker.
