Winifred (Rous) and her husband, Samuel Coggin. I understand Israel and Margaret (Gardner) ROUS had eight children, however I can only account for seven (Mary Ann, Charles L., Charlotte A., Evaline, Samuel S., Francis Marion, and Erastus W.); do you know the name of the missing one? --fred c.
