She was born in 1883, and in 1900, married Ira French and lived in or near Big Flats, WI. They had two daughters, my great grandmother Minotta, and her sister Leola, as well as a son who died in infancy. Family records are sketchy, and while I know quite a bit about the Frenches, I have no further information regarding Maud's parents or family.
