Surnames: joyal,schoff,woodbury Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.wisconsin.counties.adams/1552.2.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: There is a Hiram Joyal listed in the 1890 Census Special Enumeration of Union Veterans and Widows (Wisconsin) as having served in Company H of the 10th New Hampshire Infantry. I was able to find only one Hiram Joyal who served in the 10th New Hampshire so it seems unlikely that the person buried in the Plainville Cemetery is the husband of Hannah. I've haven't been able to locate any definitive ancestry prior to her marriage to Jesse Woodbury Schoff so would like to hear from anybody who has.
