Mrs. Wilson was formerly Miss Almira Winegar, and was a successful teacher in both Adams and Marquette counties. She came to this town when a small child, with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Winegar. Mr. Wilson was also a successful school teacher, and served in the War of the Rebellion, and has held many offices of trust in the town. To them were born five children: Nancy, who has passed to the Great Beyond, Mrs. Dora Day of North Yakima, Washington, Mrs. Emma Phelps of Lincoln, Mrs. Bessie Buchanan of Cresbard, South Dakota, and William A. of Lincoln. They also have eleven grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The many friends of the worthy couple wish them many more years of peace and happiness.
