McArthur) (Adams County Press, Easton, Wisconsin, 1 Dec 1917) Mrs. John Schoonover died at her home in the town of Easton, Wisc. On Nov. 22, 1917 following an illness of several weeks. Caroline McArthur was born at Youngstown, N.Y. on Sept. 8, 1843. She was united in marriage to John Schoonover on Mar. 24, 1874 and to them were born four children: frank, Ralph, Jesse, and Alvin. Frank died in infancy. Besides her husband and sons she leaves to mourn 7 grandchildren, 2 sisters, and a large circle of friends. Funeral services were held Sunday – conducted by Rev. John H. Geiser of Grand Marsh and the interment was in the Easton Wisc. Cemetery.
