He married Lydia in 1825. She was born about 1804 in NY. John died 11 Nov 1856 in Briggsville, Marquette County, WI.............................................................................................................................. Daniel: born 1818 NY; married Caroline; later lived in Adams County, WI. Children: Charles, George, Jane, Adalin and Anthony ................................................................................................................................................ 2. John: born 1828-1834 NY; married Olive before 1870; born about 1835 in Norway; in 1880 lived in New Haven, Adams County, WI. Lydia age 76, John's mother was living with John and Olive in 1870 ................................................................................................................................... 3. Walden Marvel Stafford: Walden was born 24 Apr 1822 Watertown, NY. He married Laura Etta Smith of NY. They moved to WI, settled near Briggsville. Walden served in Civil War. A short time later, his wife died. He moved to Buffalo, ND taking up a homestead, married Mrs. Adelia Stockbridge there. When she died in 1915, he sold his farm and moved in with his son for a year in Portage, WI. Then moving to DeSart, ND where he lived until his death 6 May 1918. He is buried in Briggsville, WI.
